You enter our cottage through an attractive entrance and reception area into a fabulous dining kitchen, with wooden floor and doors opening out onto the sunny sheltered garden. A cosy good sized well furnished sitting room awaits you to relax and unwind in, with a wood burning stove, three two seater sofas and a comfy occasional chair, again French doors leading out onto the garden. Both spacious bedrooms offer King size beds, complimented with mattress toppers and quality bed linen, towels are also provided. There is a separate downstairs toilet, utility room and plenty of storage throughout. The garden is a little sun trap and has a rattan set of garden furniture, where you can enjoy your glass of wine or cup of tea whilst watching the amazing colours change on the surrounding Lakeland fells. |

Change over is Monday and Fridays. Check in is 4pm and we ask that your please vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure. However please let us know if you need to arrive early and we will do our best to accommodate you. * We do four day mid weekbreaks and 3 day weekend breaks **
